Since returning to South Wales after many years teaching in the West Midlands Patricia has expanded and developed her creative work. The peace and tranquillity of the rugged coastline and surrounding countryside proved to be an inspirational place. The natural beauty of the area inspires her creative spirit and serves to aid the exploration of colour, texture, technique, pattern and materials that play an important part in the development of her work.
Photography has always played an important part in the
recording and development of her work. At present Patricia is exploring the use of Distortion as inspiration for many of her paintings.
