When your application is received you will be asked to submit the following to the
selection committee:-
CV and Portfolio of work including sketch books and a selection of finished pieces.
You will be asked to leave your work in the gallery for a week during which time the selection committee will discuss it.
If you are unsuccessful you will be notified by post after you have collected your work. The decision of the committee is final and no discussion will be entered into.
If your work is compatible with the group you will be given the opportunity to attend 3 workshops. This is part of the application process.
You will be notified in writing the results of your application after the workshops, by post.
Please note:-
All members are expected to
· agree to do at least one SITTING per month
· provide NEW work for exhibitions when required
· agree to attend workshops at least once a month
· (Workshops are working evenings where members are expected to work)
· Pay a joining fee of £40.00
· Pay membership fees of £40.00 per year (Total of £80.00 first year)
